This is my 2nd entry for CDAC's Progressive 16 challenge. The image is from Just Some Lines. I digitally colored the image. The DP is a pink plaid. Added is a daisy trim. The text was added digitally. To finish the card, I placed pink, Ivory, and green colored pearls at opposite corners.

Vintage Birthday

This is my first entry for CDAC's Progressive 16 challenge. The beautiful image is from Nana Vic's. I've digitally colored the image. The 2 tickets are also images from Nana Vic's. My DP is a lacey design. The trim is a flower design. In the cage I added a Bluebird ready to fly away. The edges were distressed and the cardstock edges were ink distressed. On the birdcage, I placed 8 gold pearls for effect, from Pizzazzaplenty.

Photo Inspiration

I took the actual photo and created a background DP in Corel. I color matched the background scalloped image, and merged my finished cupcake image on top with an outer glow of white. Glitter glue was added to the flame and the icing areas. The sentiment text also has an outer glow of white to  make it stand out from the background image. This current challenge #42 at Pattie's Creations Challenge, is the last one for 4 of our Design Team ladies. We're saying goodbye to Melody, Ashley, Jamie, and Stephanie! We've enjoyed working with all of these ladies, and we will surely miss their talent. It's been a pleasure to have them as part of our Team!

Cassidy's Birthday

Our great-niece is having her 6th Birthday on the 25th. We're so excited to be able to have dinner with her and the family this coming Saturday. I digitally created the entire card front. The image from Pattie's Creations is titled 'Daisy's Dream Bubble'.

Happy Easter!

Today's card is for Pattie's Creations Challenge #41 with a theme of Easter. I made this with my sister Pattie in mind, so she should have received it by now! The front image, 'Momma Duck and Babies',  was digitally colored by me. A land and sky background was added and some grass was created with a Photoshop Brush. The font, the little eggshells with feet, was found at Is that the cutest font or what! Outside the image is a feature in Corel called 'Picture Frame'. I used glitter glue on the centers of the flowers, then placed a bow with gem at the bottom to finish the front of the card! On the inside, I added my sentiment on top of the image that I changed to pink outlines.
